About Anass MOUDRIK
Driven by a passion for innovation and culinary excellence inspired by the legendary Paul Bocuse, Anass oversees the development of the Bocuse group in the Middle East.
The story began in 2014 when he joined the Bocuse group as a cook in the “casual food” branch formerly known as Ouest Express. He took on this role as a student job to finance his studies. Thanks to his dedication and curiosity, Anass quickly progressed within the group, occupying various key roles that allowed him to refine his skills in project management and business development.
He left the group at the end of his apprenticeship to pursue his studies and worked for several years at KPMG in the Restructuring & Distressed M&A department. In 2021, he returned to his roots to oversee the expansion of the group’s activities in the Middle East.
