Held at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, this international challenge was met with excellence as our team expertly managed cocktails and dinners, offering a glimpse into the exceptional experiences our future establishment will provide.
We celebrate the unwavering commitment of all our teams. Special recognition goes to our Executive Chef and MOF 2015, Christophe Raoux, and World Champion Pastry Chef of Frozen Desserts 2018, Benoît Charvet, along with their talented brigade: André Saubatjou, Emmanuel Vivion, Jerome Rioux, and Briane Cucumel. This event marks the beginning of a series of promising ventures for the Bocuse Houses. We eagerly anticipate future experiences and are excited to share our culinary passion beyond borders.
