About Paul-Maurice MOREL
Paul-Maurice Morel, CEO of the Bocuse group, embodies the “Bocuse DNA.” He is also the President of the Paul Bocuse Foundation and General Manager of Express Development.
With a degree in accounting and management, he joined the Paul Bocuse Institute in 1990 to study International Management. He gained experience abroad in London, Boston, and Xiamen.
Paul-Maurice served as a reserve Officer of the Air Force and then joined Brasserie Le Nord, later becoming its manager. At 26, he was appointed manager of Brasserie Le Sud by Paul Bocuse.
In 2000, he revitalized the Abbaye of Talloires, a Relais & Châteaux property. In 2002, he established the “Les Pensières” division for the Mérieux Foundation.
In 2013, he became CEO of the Group and then took over with Jérôme Bocuse in 2015.
