The brief
For Abu Dhabi Finance Week, hosted by ADGM at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, The Table of Taste designed and delivered a series of cocktails and gala dinners, bringing French culinary excellence to one of the world's foremost financial gatherings. The brigade was led by Executive Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 Christophe Raoux, alongside World Pastry Champion (frozen desserts) 2018 Benoît Charvet, with chefs André Saubatjou, Emmanuel Vivion, Jérôme Rioux and Briane Cucumel. The event marked the beginning of Maison Bocuse's international ventures.
