What data we collect
We only collect data that you actively provide. This website uses no advertising technology and no tracking technology.
Through the ROI calculator: your email address, and the business context you enter, namely number of locations, hours spent daily on reporting, systems in place, operational pain points and revenue band, together with the estimate computed from these inputs.
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if provided, and the content of your message.
Automatically: our hosting providers process standard technical data such as IP addresses in their server logs, for security and availability purposes.
Why we use it
To send you the estimate you requested, to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether our services fit your situation, and to contact you about our services where you have shown interest.
Legal basis
Where the European General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on your consent when you voluntarily submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in developing business relationships in a professional context.
