Anass Moudrik

Former consultant at KPMG, leading project management and structuring at Maison Bocuse, developing the business across the Middle East.

A passion for innovation, and for the culinary excellence embodied by the legendary Paul Bocuse, drives Anass in overseeing the development of the Bocuse group across the Middle East.

His story with the group began in 2014, when he joined as a cook in the casual dining branch then known as Ouest Express, a student job taken to help finance his studies. Dedication and curiosity carried him quickly through the ranks, into roles that sharpened his instincts for project management and business development.

He left the group at the end of his apprenticeship to complete his studies, then spent several years at KPMG within the Restructuring & Distressed M&A practice. In 2021, he returned to his roots to lead the group's expansion across the Middle East.
