Paul-Maurice Morel

Serial entrepreneur and associate CEO of Maison Bocuse.

Paul-Maurice Morel, CEO of the Bocuse group, embodies what insiders call the 'Bocuse DNA.' He also presides over the Paul Bocuse Foundation and serves as General Manager of Express Development.

A graduate in accounting and management, he joined the Paul Bocuse Institute in 1990 to study International Management, gaining experience in London, Boston and Xiamen along the way. After a posting as a reserve Officer in the Air Force, he joined Brasserie Le Nord and rose to become its manager, then, at 26, was entrusted by Paul Bocuse himself with running Brasserie Le Sud.

In 2000, he revitalized the Abbaye de Talloires, a Relais & Châteaux property. Two years later, he established the 'Les Pensières' division for the Mérieux Foundation. He became CEO of the Group in 2013, then took the helm alongside Jérôme Bocuse in 2015.
